Maintenance

All systems installed by TecSecure Solutions are supplied complete with a full 12 month warranty that not only includes repair or replacement of faulty equipment and repair of any defects due to incorrect installation but also provides for 2 service visits to ensure correct operation of the supplied system. Extended warranties can also be provided on any installation to meet your needs.

As well as providing warranties on our own installations TecSecure Solutions is able to provide maintenance solutions for almost any type of physical or electronic security system, and we offer the following packages of maintenance cover:

• Bronze Cover
  Six monthly maintenance visits, thoroughly checking the operation of all components, following manufacturers guidelines on any specific maintenance required and a thorough clean of all equipment. On top of this you will also have access to our call out service with agreed response times and call out charges.


• Silver Cover
  As per Bronze Cover, plus all labour charges and call-out services at no extra charge.


• Gold Cover
  As per Silver Cover, plus cost of all replacement parts at no extra charge.
